摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of double plates treating complex comminuted fracture of distal humerus of adults. Methods17 adult cases with complex comminuted fracture of distal humerus treated in our hospital from March 2007 to June 2013 were selected and treated with double plates. The patients were followed up for 7-15 months after treatment.The clinical effect was accurately evaluated according to the examination results of X-ray and scoring standard of Cassebaum elbow joint.Results The effective rate was 100%,and the excellent rate of Cassebaum elbow joint score was 82.4%.ConclusionDouble plates treating complex comminuted fracture of distal humerus of adults not only has evident advantages for anti-fatigue effect and fixation strength compared with other fixation measures,but also has evident value for preventing from adhesion of elbow joint and promoting early activity of patients.And it can make the basic functions of elbow joint recover,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.关键词
