数字化塑形三维钛网早期修补颅骨缺损的临床应用体会

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh for skull defect repair.MethodsNinety-two patients were divided into manual reconstructed titanium mesh group and digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh group. And the results of skull repairing, complications and biocompatibility were compared between two groups after skull repairing.Results We found that infection,titanium mesh edge tilt,subcutaneous fluid,epilepsy and hydrocephalus ventricle occurred in some patients in manual reconstructed titanium mesh group,and only 3 patients were found seroma in this group.The molding satisfaction of manual reconstructed titanium mesh group was 70.8% compared with 97.7% in digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh group.ConclusionThe clinical effects of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh for skull defect repair is better than manual reconstructed titanium mesh.关键词
