Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence factor of intestinal obstruction after radical resection for colorectal cancer.Methods678 cases of patients underwent radical resection for colorectal cancer in Department of General Surgery,hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Fengqiu County in Henan Province from June 2003 to June 2013 were selected.Self-designed scale was used to investigate patients’ general condition,including gender,age,history of surgery,preoperative complications,operation type,time of operation,postoperative analgesic application,tumor TNM stage,tumor classification.Logistic regression analysis was used for multi-factors analysis. Results Among 678 cases after radical resection for colorectal cancer,41 suffered with intestinal obstruction, the incidence was 6.05%(41/678).N2 stage,previous history of colorectal tumor resection,preoperative combined intestinal obstruction,left hemicolectomy,right hemicolectomy were the independent risk factors of intestinal obstruction after radical resection for colorectal cancer (P<0.05).ConclusionIn clinical work should pay attention to the prevention of risk factors,relieve pain of patients,improve the prognosis.关键词
