胃癌患者围手术期临床护理分析
Analysis of clinical nursing perioperative patients with gastric cancer

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore effective ways of gastric peri-operative clinical care.Methods 100 cases of patients with gastric cancer underwent surgery from January in 2010 to October in 2013 in our hospital were seleted. They were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,each of 50 cases.The control group of patients were given traditional care,and the experimental group patients with nursing intervention.The efficacy of clinical care and care satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.ResultsBlood loss,operative time,hospital stay and hospital costs of the patients in the experimental group were significantly reduced than the patients in the control group.And care satisfaction scores of the experimental group patients were also significantly improved compared with the control group,There was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups. Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer in perioperative,nursing intervention implementation can significantly improve the efficacy of clinical care of patients and improve patient satisfaction with care to reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.Nursing intervention implementation is a clinically effective method of care and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
