Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application of using nursing pathways in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods90 cases were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45), control group accepted the conventional therapy and nursing cares, and observation group accepted the nursing pathway on the base of control group. The clinical efficacy was observed. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction rates of them were 97.8% and 84.4%, which was significantly different (P<0.05). The average hospitalization day was still significantly different (P<0.01). The total efficiency of two groups were 97.8% and 80%, it was also significantly different (P<0.01).Conclusion The method of clinical nursing pathways for ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the hospitalization day, so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
