Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegy.Methods106 stroke patients with hemiplegy were selected from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, every group had 53 patients, the control group was implemented routine care, the observation group was implemented early nursing intervention on the basis of routine care, the passing rate of treatment effect, activities of daily living score were compared between two groups.Results The passing rate of treatment effect in the observation group was 90.57%, that in the control group was 71.70%, compared with the control group, the passing rate of treatment effect in the observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the control group and the observation group, the activities of daily living score was increased significantly after nursing compared with before nursing, and compared with the control group, the activities of daily living score increased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke patients with hemiplegy has significant clinical effect after the implementation of the early nursing, the patients' activities of daily living improves significantly, and it can be clinical applied.关键词
