局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗及辅助化疗的临床分析OA
Clinical analysis of concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by adjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma
目的：探讨局部晚期鼻咽癌患者实施同期放化疗联合辅助化疗的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月～2012年6月我院收治的80例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，观察组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予同期放化疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施辅助化疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和生存情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为75.0%，较对照组患者40%有明显提高；观察组患者2年生存率为70%，无瘤生存率为65.0%，均较对照组有明显提高，两组…查看全部>>
