摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss impact of premarital and pre-pregnancy health examination education on prenatal and postnatal care. Methods Any premarital and pre-pregnancy health examination education were not implemented for control group; Study group received premarital and pre-pregnancy health examination education before marrige. Premarital examination rate, pre-pregnancy examination rate and neonatal outcomes of two groups were compared. Results Premarital examination rate of study was 86.40%, pre-pregnancy examination rate was 93.40%, which were higher than pemarital examination rate of control group(43.00%) and pre-pregnancy examination rate(73.20%) (P < 0.05); Newborn genetic diseases rate of study group was 0.96%, ifectious Diseases(sread due to maternal) was 2.64%, which were lower than nwborn genetic diseases rate of control group(5.23%), and ifectious Diseases(sread due to maternal)(14.49%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Actively implement premarital and pre-pregnancy health examination education can significantly increase the rate of premarital and pre-pregnancy check, ensure mternal quality of life and life safety, cnducive to obtaining more satisfactory results for natal and postnatal care work.关键词
