Abstract
Objective To observe and explore the effect of Fukang tablets combined with Marvelon in treatment for Adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Choose 78 cases of patients with adolescent DUB in the hospital from August 2012 to February 2014,patients were randomly divided into Observation group and control group,39 cases in the Observation group received Fukang tablets combined with Marvelon therapy;while another 39 cases in the control group accepted Marvelon therapy.The effect of menstrual cycle control and bleeding time were observed before and after treatment and corresponding side effects in two groups were statistic. Results After treatment,the effective rate of Observation group was 94.9%(37/39),the control group was 79.5%(31/39),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Control bleeding and bleeding times of Observation group were(22.1±8.3)d and(37.6±15.8) d,and was(36.3±10.2)d and(58.1±16.7)d in the control group,to compared the hemostatic failure rate of the Observation group and the control group were 0 and 12.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant difference between the side effects rate in two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion It was more efficient that Fukang tablets combined with Marvelon in treatment for Adolescent DUB,and better effect in bleeding and menstrual cycle control,as well as safety and reliable,thus is a better choice for the treatment of adolescent DUB.关键词
