摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with Shexiangbaoxin pills on chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods 93 cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and treatment group (48 cases).The control group were treated with normal medicine,while the treatment group were given enalapril (5-20mg/d) and Shexiangbaoxin pills (2 pills a time,tid.).Compare the clinical symptoms and efficacy before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms and efficacy of the treatment group ware all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05) after 12 weeks. Conclusion The therapy of enalapril combined with Shexiangbaoxin pills on CHF can significantly improve clinical efficacy and reduce symptoms hypoxia,chest tightness,shortness of breath for elderly CHF patients.关键词
