Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,the control group used conventional drug therapy,the observation group combined Tongxinluo capsule and trimetazidine treatment,the efficacy and the frequency of angina pectoris,angina duration after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of observation group and the control group was 95.0% and 77.5%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The unstable angina angina attack frequency and duration of angina attacks of two groups significantly reduced than pre-treatment,the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina can improve the outcome,improve clinical symptoms,worthy of promotion and application.关键词
