Abstract
Objective To observe the treatment effect of chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of gastric cancer by Ondansetron and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 60 cases which before Post-operation of gastric cancer were divided two groups include observation group (34 cases) and control group (30 cases), and observation group cases were treatment with Ondansetron and traditional Chinese medicine, control group cases were treatment with Ondansetron.And the chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of gastric cancer and change of quality of life (QOL) of two groups were observed. Results Chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of observation group cases was lighter than which of control group cases, the incidence rate was lower, and the quality of life (QOL) of observation group cases was better. Conclusion Ondansetron and traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of gastric cancer, and have a good curative effect.关键词
