留置针贴膜临床护理疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the venous indwelling needle sticker clinical nursing curative effect. Methods 210 cases of patients from 2012 February to 2014 February in our hospital for intravenous infusion, were randomly divided into two groups, the controlgroup using disposable scalp needle infusion, experimental group using clinical nursing of indwelling vein needle sticking film, two groups were observed in patients with fluid extravasation incidence and liquid transfusion end time, and thepsychological anxiety patients were measured by table. Results The experimental group liquid leakage rate less than patients in the control group, significantdifferences between the two groups (P<0.05);two patients anxiety and pain scoresbetween two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the experimental group was better than control group. Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle sticking clinicalnursing can effectively smooth anxiety and pain of patients, reduce the incidence of fluid extravasation, is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
