肝脓肿48例CT误诊的原因分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the reasons and image characteristics of CT misdiagnosis of patients with hepatic abscess. Methods 48 patients with hepatic abscess who were admitted to our hospital and misdiagnosed by CT from April 2010 to March 2013 were selected. Patients' imaging data were retrospectively analyzed and the reasons for misdiagnosis were discussed. Results 36 patients were misdiagnosed as other intra-liver lesions,and CT images of 12 patients showed a transient hepatic segmental enhancement around the lesions. Conclusion CT images of patients with hepatic abscess are complicated,and the CT data should be analyzed in combination with the important signs of hepatic abscess in clinical diagnosis,so as to improve the diagnostic rate of hepatic abscess.关键词
