Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with ablation in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods 78 patients who were admitted to our hospital and diagnosed as functional uterine bleeding were analysed retrospectively and allocated to two groups. Patients in group A received ablation alone, and patients in group B received mifepristone combined with ablation. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, menstruation significantly improved in the two groups, and the effect in group B was better than that in group A. The treatment effective rate in group B was better than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with ablation in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding does not require uterine resection and is effective in alleviating patients’ uterine bleeding. It has a safer and more effective procedure and worthy of promotion and application.关键词
