摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail for Humeral fractures. Methods Clinical data of 46 cases with humeral fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty cases were treated by interlocking intramedullary nail as treatment group one, and twenty-six cases were treated by dynamic compressive plate as treatment group two. Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results Good rate of group of treatment group one was higher than that of group of treatment group two(P<0.05).Compared with treatment group two, operative time of treatment group one was shorter, blood loss was less, fracture healing was earlier, hospital stay was shorter(P < 0.01). Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail for humeral fractures shows better clinical efficacy and with less cmplications, worthy of clinical application.关键词
