金纳多治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床疗效观察OA
Clinical efficacy observation of Ginaton in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke
目的：观察金纳多治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2012年1月～2013年12月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者84例，随机分成观察组和对照组各42例，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予金纳多注射液静滴，对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予血塞通注射液静滴，两组均连续应用14d。于治疗前及疗程结束后分别对两组患者进行神经功能缺损评分及血液流变血塞通注射液静滴学检查，同时记录不良反应发生情况，对比分析两组的临床效果和用药安全性。结果观察组总有效…查看全部>>
