复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高脂血症80例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective Study the clinical efficacy of compound Danshen Dropping Pill treatment on 80 cases with angina pectoris complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods Divided randomly 80 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia in our hospital into control group and study group,each group had 40 cases.Both of the two groups were taken the conventional comprehensive treatment,and the study group added with compound danshen dropping pill,compared clinical curative effect and the change of blood lipid levels before and after the treatment of the two groups. Results The angina pectoris treatment effective rate of study group was 92.50%,significantly higher than that of control group 77.50%(P<0.05);The TG,TC,HDL and LDL-C-C level of study group after treatment were (3.52±0.47)mmol/L、(1.31±0.29)mmol/L、(2.52±0.34)mmol/Land(1.87±0.30) mmol/L,improved significantly compared with before treatment and the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of compound danshen dropping pill on coronary heart disease angina pectoris combined hyperlipidemia curative effect is distinct,it can effectively improve the lipid level and the symptoms of patients with angina pectoris,and it has good clinical application value.关键词
