Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of heart-type fatty acid binding protein,troponin T, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein combined detection in acute myocardial infarction. Methods 70 cases with cute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected, the heart-type fatty acid binding protein, troponin T,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were collected and detected.Observed the test results,compared the diagnosis levels of acute myocardial infarction with single and three joint detection. Results After admission 3h,H-FABP positive rate of 97.1%,significantly higher than the positive rate of hs-CRP and cTnT(P<0.05);cTnT,hs-CRP were 24-48h after the onset peaked at 72h after the onset of hs-CRP,H-FABP,cTnT positive rate was significantly reduced.Single test,the positive predictive value of H-FABP,the highest specificity (96.5%,96.0%),specificity of joint detection,positive predictive values were reached 100.0%, while the sensitivity and negative predictive value of 97.8%. Conclusion Heart-type fatty acid binding protein,troponin T,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein combined detection for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction has a high positive predictive value and specificity,can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate,should be widely applied.关键词
