Abstract
Objective It is always the key content of perioperative nursing work to prevent the skin pressure ulcers. Based on the characteristics of the department of neurosurgery operation, such as the complex anatomy, dense nerve, rich blood supply, long time consuming characteristics, to explore a suitable path for the intervention measures to prevent pressure ulcer of neurosurgery operation, and reduce the incidence of pressure skin ulcer caused in the operation. Methods A hundred patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. Based on the traditional method, observation group was targeted nursing intervention through using the methods of quantitative score. Results According to the statistical data, after the implementation of nursing intervention, the rate of pressure ulcer of the observation group was only 6%, much lower than that of the traditional skin bedsore nursing. Conclusion Quantitative scoring and targeted nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of patients with skin ulcer.关键词
