Abstract
Objective To study reasonable time of balloon pressure adjustment during mechanical ventilation. Methods 120 cases patients with mechanical ventilation, whose balloon pressure of 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours after correction was detected using Germany VBM special balloon pressure gauge. Results Compared balloon pressure changes between 4 hours and 6 hours after correction, statistically, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), and compared balloon pressure changes between 6 hours and 8 hours after correction, statistically, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with mechanical ventilation, can check balloon pressure once every 6 hours,can prevent balloon leak and the occurrence of corresponding complications, and save nursing resource at the same time.关键词
