Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of non-thoracoscopic and thoracoscopic modified nuss procedure for correction of pectus excavatum. Methods 66 cases of patients with pectus excavatum were divided into experiment group(35 cases) and control group(31 cases) according to the surgical procedures.The experiment group were treated by non-thoracoscopic modified nuss procedure,the control group were treated by thoracoscopic modified nuss procedure.The operation situation,perioperative complications and short term effect were compared for the two groups. Results The time of operation for the experiment group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on the cadaverine quantity of bleeding and hospital stays for the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference on the excellent and complications(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of non-thoracoscopic and thoracoscopic modified nuss procedure for correction of pectus excavatum was the similar,and the non-thoracoscopic simplify the operation,shorten the operation time.It has a high clinical value.关键词
