Abstract
Objective To explore the differences of virulence and phospholipase activity of Candida albicans in gastric mucosa of patients with gastric ulcer and different stages’gastric cancer. Methods All the bacterial strain were divided into the normal control group, gastric ulcer group, early gastric cancer group, advanced gastric cancer group according to the sources of strains. The different groups’mucosa strains in CHROMagar candida chromogenic medium were fungal isolated and identificated. And the Candida phospholipase was detected by the egg yolk plate method, the phospholipase activity was indicated with Pz values.The Candida albicans suspension was injected into the tail of the mice, and the virulence was evaluated with the mean survival time. Results Compared with the normal control group, the different groups’phospholipase activity significantly increased, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The phospholipase activity in advanced gastric cancer group was the highest, the toxicity was the strongest, and it could make all the mouse death in 5 days. Conclusion With the increase of malignant degree of gastric mucosa, the phospholipase activity of infecting Candida albicans also elevate, the virulence also increase gradually.关键词
