摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the combination of Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate and Ganciclovir on treating CMV hepatitis among infants. Methods 134 children with CMV hepatitis were recruited and randomly divided into two groups (therapy group and control group). Therapy group consisted of 66 patients who were treated with intravenous drip of Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate combined with Ganciclovir, whereas control group consisted of 68 patients treated with only Ganciclovir intravenous drip. The serum direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, CMV-DNA, urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine levels were measured after 14 days of therapy. Results The serum direct bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase levels of the therapy group were markedly lower than the control group (P<0.05). However,no significant difference was observed between the two groups on BUN, creatinine and CMV-DNA levels (P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate and Ganciclovir could serve as an effective agent for treating children with CMV hepatitis.关键词
