Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical observation of Xianlinggubao capsules combined with infrared physiotherapy on promoting fracture healing. Methods 110 cases of bone fracture patients in our hospital from 2010 December to 2012 December were analyzed, the control group of patients received infrared physical therapy, the treatment group of patients were added Xianlinggubao capsule to the treatment of the control group, 3 capsules each time, 2 times / D; The limb swelling and pain regression time, clinical healing time and callus growth of the patients were compared after the end of treatment. Results The pain regression time of the treatment group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), limb swelling regression time and clinical healing time were significantly reduced compared with the control group,the difference was very statistically significant (P<0.01);callus density score of 28d of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was very statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion Xianlinggubao capsule combined with infrared therapy can shorten the disappearing time of swelling, and pain in patients with fracture, accelerated the growth of callus;promote fracture healing, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
