盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的临床观察
Clinical observatin of oxycodone in the treatment of 78 cases with moderate and severe cancer pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the analgesic effect and adverse effects of Oxycontin(Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets) with dose titration therapy on moderate and severe chronic cancer pain. Methods A total of 78 patients with moderate and severe chronic cancer pain were selected to be treated with Oxycontin. Oxycontin with dose titration therapy was administered at initial dose of 10mg every 12 hours, and was titrated upwards according to the extend of pain relief.All patients were treated for at least 2 weeks,simultaneously the analgesic effect, adverse effects and quality of life was investigated. Results Among the 78 patients suffering moderate and severe chronic cancer pain,The doses ranged between 10mg/to 160mg/12h. 24(30.77%) achieved complete remission, 52(66.67%) achieved partial remission, Total pain relief was 97.44%, and it was 100.00% in patients with moderate chronic cancer pain, 90.48% in patients with severe chronic cancer pain. The quality of life was significantly improved after the treatment with mild adverse effect.The main adverse effects were constipation,nausea and vomiting, and dizziness. Conclusion With dose titration therapy, Oxycodone are effective in controlling moderate and severe chronic cancer pain, and mproved the quality of life of patients significantly with mild adverse effect.关键词
