摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of evaluation of left ventricular systolic function with three-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography in hypertension. Methods 50 patients with hypertension from 2013 August to 2014 May were selected as the observation group, and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The two groups were performed 3DT speckle tracking echocardiography and comparative study. Results The age, course, heart rate, LVESV, LVEDV, CO, SV, LVEDMass, LVESMass, and LVEF difference of two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). GRS, GCS of the observation group significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). GLS, GAS of the observation group significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion 3D STI can be more sensitive to the evaluation of changes of left ventricular systolic function in hypertension. It can provide reference basis of clinical treatment and curative effect evaluation.关键词
