Abstract
Objective To explore the method and effect of application of comfort nursing for elderly patients with esophageal cancer operation. Methods 200 cases of patients with esophageal cancer operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each, the control group received routine nursing. The observation group on the basis of routine nursing care to comfort, the two groups were observed and compared the incidence of postoperative complications, comfort, satisfaction with nursing work. Restults The complication rate lower than the control group, the observation group patients after operation, comfort, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing can ensure smooth operation on patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period, reduce the complications after operation, improve the quality of nursing.关键词
