摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing care of glaucoma complicated with cataract operation before and after operation,in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing. Methods 98 cases in our hospital with glaucoma complicated with cataract were divided into two groups follow nursing methods,all cases received surgery.And 48 cases(54 eyes)in the control group received conventional nursing care and 50 cases(57 eyes)in the experimental group received general nursing care.The data of two groups were compared before surgery. Results Eyesight was improved in the two groups after treatment,and the effect of the experiment group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The complication rate was better than that of the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction improved significantly in theexperiment(P < 0.05). Conclusion General nursing care in Glaucoma complicated with cataract operation can obviously improve the nursing care quality and patients’satisfaction,and it is worthy of widely promotion.关键词
