摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of blood glucose in patients with chronic liver disease and nursing care measures. Methods Selected from May 2013 to May 2014 treated 40 cases of chronic liver disease patients as the research object, using the automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA method was carried out on the patients with liver function and blood glucose test and observation, according to the observation results corresponding predictive nursing intervention measures. Results Abnormal blood sugar 8.00%, chronic mild hepatitis, chronic severe hepatitis, blood sugar abnormal rate was 30.00%, cirrhosis of the liver blood sugar abnormal rate was 60.00%.Blood glucose and electrolyte disorder,infection incidence of abnormal group was obviously higher than that of normal blood glucose group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The more severe degree of chronic liver disease, the higher the blood sugar levels, abnormal blood sugar more likely, lead to infection and other complications. This is subject to comprehensive monitoring of blood glucose, strict control of blood sugar.关键词
