Abstract
Objective To compare the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital, 156 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, they were treated conventional anti-infective therapy, and 78 cases of the control group adopted by routine care, 78 cases of the observation group adopted by comprehensive nursing intervention, the treatment effects and quality of life of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.4%, slightly higher than 92.3% of the control group, but there was no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05); the Nottingham Health Questionnaire (NHP) score of two groups before nursing intervention were compared, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), the NHP score were significantly improved after nursing intervention (P <0.05), and the scores of energy, pain, sleep and physical activity items of two groups compared, there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve the quality of life of patients while ensuring good effect better, and help patients recover, it is an ideal care programs.关键词
