Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing methods of elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients (over 65 years) with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed. Results Elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were multiple complications in preoperative, high complications after operation, and high mortality in perioperative period. Conclusion Strengthen the nursing intervention on elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in perioperative period, can increase the tolerance of the patient on the operation, enhance the compliance of operation, reduce the complications and mortality, improve the success rate of the operation, make the patient safety smoothly through the operation period and the operation successful.关键词
