摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in follicle phase,luteal phase on ovarian function. Methods 80 Patients with ovarian cysts in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 patients,patients of two groups were given laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in follicular phase(A group)and the luteal phase(group B),the operative time,blood loss,hormone levels before and after surgery in two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in operative time between two groups(P >0.05),blood loss of group B was significantly more than group A(P <0.05);Preoperative ovarian cysts diameter of two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);Preoperative peak systolic velocity(PSV)of group B was higher than group A,the resistance index(RI)was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05);before and after surgery,follicular-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)levels in group A showed no significant difference(P>0.05),but in group B,FSH,LH significantly increased after surgery,E2 levels were significantly lower,the difference before and after surgery was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion IN luteal phase,blood flow of ovarian is rich,surgical blood loss is more and difficult to stop,would cause significant impact on ovarian function,and therefore laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the follicular phase maybe the best choice for ovarian cystectomy.关键词
