Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal incarcerated hernia. Methods 112 patients with inguinal incarcerated indirect hernia were treated with mesh plugs designed by Hermiamesh,an Italian company,and 86 of them were complicated with various kinds of other diseases relating to important organs.The time from incarceration to surgery was 2.0-48hours. Results No death was detected,and no relapses were detected after follow-ups of 3-24 months. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty has advantages of being safe,effective and fast recovery,which can be applied under the prerequisite of strictly following the indications.关键词
