Abstract
Objective To discuss the application situation of prophylactic antibacterial use during perioperative period and to provide objective basis for reasonable application administration of antibacterial drugs. Methods 711 operation cases from 2014 January-2014 May were investigated, the situation of prophylactic antibacterial use during perioperative period was retrospective investigated and statistics analyzed. Results The prophylactic antibacterial use rate during perioperative period was 75.9%. The antibacterial use rate of type I incision was 73.7%. Prophylactic use of antibacterial was mainly a single drug, accounted for 67.8%, the highest frequency application of drug was cefuroxime. Preoperative 2h medication accounted for 63%, 55.4% of the class 1, Ⅱ incision operation preventive medication time > 2d. Conclusion There are unreasonable questions about prophylactic antibacterial use during perioperative period, management effect need to be strengthened, and to improve the rational use of antibacterial.关键词
