摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical pharmacology and application of levamlodipine. Methods 50 patients with high blood pressure complicated with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly allocated to an experimental group and a control group with the consent of the hospital ethics committee.The control group received amlodipine and the experimental group received levamlodipine.Curative effects of heart failure in the two groups were compared. The course of treatment for the two groups was both 8 weeks. During the treatment,curative effects of the two groups were observed closely and compared after the treatment. Results After the treatment,symptoms in the two groups both alleviated and the clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine in the treatment of high blood pressure helps significantly alleviate patients'symptoms, prevent arteriosclerosis and reduce complications.In addition, levamlodipine helps alleviate heart failure and prevent it from progressing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
