兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡上消化道出血的综合治疗效果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lansoprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulceration with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 98 cases of gastrointestinal ulceration with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from July 2011 to April 2014 in our hospital, they were randomLy divided into two groups, the study group of 49 patients used lansoprazole treatment; the control group of 49 cases used famotidine treatment.The patients in the two groups on the basis of the above treatments were taken orally amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin capsules treatment, and determined the efficacy after the treatment of 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.88%, the control group was 79.59%, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the HP eradication rate of the study group was higher than the control group, the hemostasis time of the study group was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Lansoprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulceration with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve total effective rate and HP eradication rate, reduce hemostasis time, be used in clinical.关键词
