Abstract
Objective To investgate the diagnosis value of the 128 slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA) for head and neck vascular lesions. Methods 30 patients were selected as the research object, who were suspected or diagnosed with head and neck vascular disease in our hospital. 30 patients were examined by 128 slice spiral CT angiography, and the application value of 128 slice spiral CT angiography in head and neck vascular lesions was evaluated through the multi planar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR), volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) to display the vessel. Results In this group of 30 patients, 8 patients were detected with CTA scan, including 6 cases of congenital vascular anomaly. 22 patients were performed CTA examination of the head and neck, including 14 cases of dysplasia, and 17 cases showed carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion 128 slice spiral CT angiography has non-invasive, high accuracy, fast, high safety, and many other advantages. It has higher application value in the diagnosis of head and neck vascular lesions, can be widely applied.关键词
