Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 76 patients with myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital and received treatment in recent years were randomly selected as research subjects.They all received ultrasonic elastography before the surgery. Results Of ultrasonic diagnosis and postoperative pathological results were compared and analyzed,and sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of myometrial invasion were observed. Results Sensitivity of the ultrasonic diagnosis of shallow myometrial invasion and deep myometrial invasion was 59.2% and 40.8% respectively,and the accuracy was 93.3% and 91.2% respectively;the differences of ultrasonic results and pathological results were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma has a favorable accuracy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
