摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical significance of detection of serum uric acid in hypertension and pre-hypertension. Methods Selected 412 cases of community residents as study subjects. All cases were divided into normal tension group, pre-hypertension group and hypertension group according to blood pressure. Serum uric acid levels of three groups were tested and compared. Results Serum uric level of normal tension group was (236.3±61.4)μmol/L, that of pre-hypertension group was (292.7±73.6)mol/L, and hypertension group was (336.2±113.7)mol/L, comparedinthreegroups,P<0.01.SBPandDBPofgroupsof228-280μmol/L,281-344μmol/Land≥ 345μmol/Lwere higher than those of group of < 228μmol/L(P < 0.05 or < 0.01). Results of Logistic analysis showed serum uric acid level ≥ 228μmol/L was risk factor of hypertension and pre-hypertension. Conclusion Serum uric acid level is correlation with hypertension and pre-hypertension.关键词
