摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the care measures of acute myocardial infarction with cardiopulmonary arrest, and to analyze the value of it in preventing multiple organ failure. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups, each 40 cases, the observation group were used the nursing interventions in this study, the control group were implemented routine care, then heart rate recovery time, breathing recovery time were compared and complications occurred and overall success rate in both groups were statisticed. Results The observation group with heartbeat and breathing recovery time were significantly faster than control group(P < 0.05),the occurrence of rib fractures,acute renal failure and cerebral infarction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05),the success rescue rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing meatures is of positive significance to improve the success rate of patients, and to reduce body organs injury.关键词
