摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the emergency care method with pre-hospital care in community hospitals for acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups, for example, each 40 cases, the observation group were used the nursing interventions in this study, the control group were implemented routine care, such as general care, psychological intervention, health education, then access to medical treatment in the two groups were compared and prognosis were statisticed. Results The clear diagnosis time, take time, and referral for treatment times in the observation group were significantly faster than control group(P < 0.05), the observation group with discharged rate were significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05), clinical mortality was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Community hospitals with good hospital emergency care can significantly improve the cure rate and treatment success rate,so it is worthy of attention.关键词
