Abstract
To summarize and analyze the causes of happening accidental extubation to 42 stroke patients with indwelling stomach tube,and put forward corresponding preventive measures. Accidental extubation would high-risk happen when less people was working in the night and noon, patients in dysphoria without effective physical constraints were risk factors for extubation, the tube was the lack of effective fixed, nurse-patient with the lack of effective communication was factors of accidental extubation. In patients with indwelling stomach tube, comprehensive evaluation should run thought the whole process of their illness, patient mental activity understanding, implementing effective physical constraints, increasing training and management of nursing, improvement of tube fixation methods, enhancing communication inspections is effective measures to prevent accidental extubation.关键词
