Abstract
Objective To explore and analysis the clinical effects of laparoscopic operation treatment in early colorectal cancer patients. Methods 104 cases with early colorectal cancer patients who were received treatment in our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 July were selected as clinical research object. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open operation treatment, while the observation group was treated with abdominal laparoscopic operation. Results The hospitalization time, operation time and postoperative intestinal function recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly less than the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence rate of the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic operation treatment can reduce complications, rapid postoperative recovery, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve the life quality of postoperative for early colorectal cancer patients. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
