尼妥珠单抗联合调强放疗及化学治疗在局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效观察
Clinical curative effect analysis of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and nimotuzumab in the treatment of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effectiveness of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and nimotuzumab in the treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 48 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were selected and were received radiotherapy and chemotherapy.And the treatment group was received nimotuzumab treatment in the basic of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Clinical effective was observed. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than this of control(x2=4.547,P<0.05). And the adverse reactions incidence rates between the two groups after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionClinical effective of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and nimotuzumab in the treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal is effective.关键词
