乳腺癌中神经细胞黏附分子的表达及临床意义
Expression of neural cell adhesion molecule in breast carcinoma and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) protein in breast carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of NCAM protein was detected in 30 cases of breast cancerous tissues, paracancerous tissues and 30 cases of benign breast lesion tissues by Immunohistochemistry. The serum NCAM concentration in 30 patients with breast carcinoma, 30 patients with benign breast disease and 30 cases of normal people was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Results Immunohistochemistry analysis showed that the positive expression rate of NCAM in breast cancerous tissues, paracancerous tissues and benign breast lesions tissues were 26.67%, 3.33%, 3.33% respectively. The expression of NCAM protein in breast cancerous tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and in benign lesions tissues (P<0.0125). The positive expression rate of NCAM in neural invasion group of breast carcinoma was significantly higher than that in non neural invasion group(P<0.05) . ELISA analysis showed that the serum NCAM concentration in breast carcinoma group were significantly higher than that in benign breast disease group and in normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion NCAM may play an important role in the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma. The high expression of NCAM may be very important for neural invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma.关键词
