摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the curative effect of detumescence analgesic yarns in the treatment of the pain and swelling of early radius and ulna fracture. Methods 220 patients with radius and ulna fracture were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. In treatment group, to elevate and brake affected limb and to external apply with detumescence analgesic yarns. While in the control group, to elevate and brake affected limb and to apply cold compresses the wounds. To observe the therapeutic effect of swelling and pain of the two groups at the first day, 3rd days and 6th days. To statistical analyse all of the integral changes.Results The curative effect of detumescence analgesic yarns in the treatment of the pain and swelling of forearm fracture in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.01). ConclusionDetumescence analgesic yarns in the treatment of the pain and swelling of radius and ulna fracture has good effect and should be popularized in clinical.关键词
