Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of lumbar cistern drainage insevere craniocerebral injury in early stage.MethodsWe selectd 64 cases of patients who were treated for severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from August 2010 to June 2014 as the research object, they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, each group had 32 cases. The control group was treated with routine lumbar puncture drainage, the observation group was treated with lumbar cistern drainage. The outcomes of the two groups were compared within 6 months after operation and before and after the treatment of intracranial pressure, cerebral hemodynamics.Results The prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the postoperative complications were lower than the patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous lumbar cistern drainage for the treatment of early severe craniocerebral injury is relatively better, it can significantly improve the state of patients with intracranial pressure and cerebral blood flow, promote the prognosis of the patients, it is worthy for clinical application.关键词
