Abstract
ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical efficacy of Levocetirizine combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid on treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic urticaria in our hospital from 2012 October to 2013 October were selected.They were randomly divided into group of polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin(treatment group)40 cases,group of levocetirizine alone(control group 1)20 cases,group of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid alone(control groups 2)20 cases.Respectively compares the efficacy and recurrence of the three groups after treatment 1 month and after stopping treatment 1 month,and to assess the effects and adverse after administration of three groups. Results After treatment 1 month,the efficacy of the treatment group was 77.5%,total efficiency was significantly higher than that of two control groups(P<0.05),after stopping 1 month treatment,the relapse rate of the treatment group was 11.13%,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of two control groups(P<0.05),after treatment there were no significant difference of adverse reactions in three groups (P>0.05).ConclusionThe effect of levocetirizine combined with polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin on treatment of chronic urticaria is exactly with low recurrence rate and few adverse reaction,is worthy of promotion.关键词
