Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong combined with compound anisodine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Methods 88 cases(106 eyes) with retinal vein occlusion were treated as the research object,according to the random number table method were divided into two groups,the control group of 44 cases(50 eyes)treated by Salvia miltiorrhiza injectiontherapy,study group of 44 cases(56 eyes)treated by Xueshuantong combined with compound anisodine.The clinical effect and hemorheological indexes(WBV,PV,HCT,Fg)changes of the two groups were observed and compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of study group was 94.64%,significantly higher than 78.00% in control group(P<0.05).Patients in the two groups were no serious adverse reactions.The blood rheological indexes of two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and each index level in study group improved significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionXueshuantong combined with compound anisodine in the treatment of retinal vein obstruction has exact effect,can significantly improve the visual acuity of patients,improve the hemorheological indexes,and improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical application.关键词
